Yes, Once the website has been paid in full you will own it. If you wish to move your website off our hosting, we will provide you a copy of the website or we can handle the migration for an additional fee. You will need to purchase your own individual license keys for any premium software used in developing the website.
Hosting:
Hosting is essentially renting space on our servers for your website to live! We use ultra-fast and secure servers for a top quality user experience.
Maintenance:
WordPress and WordPress plugins often have updates. In order to keep your website running smooth and secure, these updates need to be done. We will handle all of this for you as well as regular backups of the site so if an issue ever arises, we have a recent copy of your website on hand to restore it.
You may choose to make edits to the website yourself. We can provide you with an editor account, or full admin access if needed.
Please be advised: If you break the website, we will charge an additional fee to restore it.
This is why include design time with all our hosting & maintenance plans, so you can request changes monthly and we will handle them for you!
Our monthly service plans include basic on-site SEO. If you want more off-site SEO such as citation building, link building or GMB management, that would be a separate service. You learn more about SEO here
First we'll need to gather basic information about your business. We'll refer you to our Client Onboarding page so you can fill out the form. Then we'll communicate with you by phone about which webpages you want built, colors, and request your logos and pictures.
From there your designer will request information from you as needed by e-mail.
